Why the user cannot see a notification pushed when he or she was offline? #7926

I am using Notificaiton now and noticed, I am cannot see anything in the notification list if it's been raised while the user was offline!

Is this a the default behaviour or am I missing anything?

    The notification list will re-obtain the notification information to the server. If it is offline at this time, no notification can be obtained.

    Yes I know, but the notification list is not showing any item if the notification is sent using a Worker Role. However, it does work if the notification is published using an api called from a browser action.

    Any suggestion how to diagnos this issue?

    Did you say the notification sent by the background jobs?

    Can you talk about it in detail? If you can, please share some code.
