Hi,
I am trying to add a new settings configuration on AbpSettings table during runtime and apparently the SettingsManager only allows searching and updating. Any advice or guide on how can I achieve this feature? My reference for the said feature would be this part of the document (https://aspnetboilerplate.com/Pages/Documents/Setting-Management)

According to the design of the framework and application settings, permissions cannot be added dynamically at runtime.
Can you explain why you want to modify the settings at runtime?
