Several packages cannot be updated to latest releases for ANZ 8.0.0 #8129

ANZ: Angular/Core 3.0, version 8.0.0

Updated Microsoft packages to Core 3.0.1 and other packages: OK Cannot update Stripe.net, PayPalCheckoutSdk, Hangfire.SqlServer due to property incompatabilities.

Hangfire.SqlServer need to wait for the upgrade of Abp.HangFire.AspNetCore(https://github.com/aspnetboilerplate/aspnetboilerplate/blob/dev/src/Abp.HangFire.AspNetCore/Abp.HangFire.AspNetCore.csproj#L27)

They seem to put the PayPalHttp-Dotnet package on github instead of nuget. I'm not sure. You can ask them in Checkout-NET-SDK(https://github.com/paypal/Checkout-NET-SDK)
