I just started using the software but to answer what I think you're asking: its on git with opened and closed issues Not sure if you were asking for more than that
Also, it looks like 8.2 discussion closed and its pending release - I would be interested in knowing a more definitive release date

For AspNet Zero customers, we will create milestone discussion issues before each milestone. You can check 8.3 issue here. We will also update AspNet Zero's roadmap in a week or so with new features we are planning to implement.
