Internal Server on Create Account #8694

I am experiencing an issue when trying to "Create Account" (Sign Up).

It causes an "[Internal Server Error]"

I am unable to find the cause or solution.

{code: 0, message: "[Internal server error]", details: null, validationErrors: null}

Can anyone please assist?

Could you check server-side Log file to see the detailed exception message ?

Default logs exist in App_Data/Logs/Logs.txt
