We installed version 8.9.0, and everything seems to work except the admin cannot create a user. Clicking the Create User... button does nothing.

When you click the button, what does the network show and what does the local log show? Log location should be: \src\myCompany.Web.Host\App_Data\Logs{here}

You can also check the browser Network panel to see the http request or see the console output in the Console panel.
